Die Plast (India)

We have been operating out of Gala No. 3 in Bhandup West for a long time now. The shop is located right across from the New Jerusalem Church, which is the easiest way to find us in the Tilak Nagar neighborhood. It’s a busy part of Sonapur with plenty of people moving around all day. Most mornings, we get here early to open up the shutters and start the machines. It isn’t a fancy corporate office, just a real workspace where we get our hands dirty. The church is a big landmark, so we often tell people to look for that first. The road out front can get a bit congested, especially when the school nearby lets out or during the evening rush. We’ve got a small team here, and we’ve all worked together for quite a while, so we don’t need to say much to get the job done. It gets pretty loud with the plastic molding work, but we are used to it by now. Sometimes the neighbors from other units stop by for a quick tea and a chat when things are slow. We try to stay organized with our orders, even though the space gets a bit cramped with all the raw materials and finished items piled up. We’ve seen this part of Bhandup change a lot over the years, but our little gala stays pretty much the same. If you walk in, you’ll probably see us sorting through stock or fixing a machine. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to greet you. Just a straightforward workshop where we handle the daily tasks as they come. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s what we know.
