Bhalachandra D Gothankar

Bhalachandra D Gothankar is the name on the door here at Kandivali West 43. I’ve been set up in this part of town for a good many years now. It’s a busy neighborhood, always something going on outside. My workspace isn’t much to look at, just a desk and the tools I need. I mostly deal with locals who stop by because they heard about me from a friend. That’s how things usually work around here. I don’t go in for big advertisements or anything. Just doing the job and keeping things moving is enough for me. Sometimes I stay late if there is a project that needs finishing, but I try to get home at a decent hour. Working for yourself has its ups and downs, but I wouldn’t trade it. The office at number 43 is where I spend most of my daylight hours. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes with papers and such, but I know where everything is. People call me Bhalachandra, and I’m usually the one picking up the phone. If I’m not there, I’m probably out running an errand or grabbing a tea nearby. It’s a simple setup. I don't need much to get the work done properly. Living and working in Kandivali West feels right to me. It's home. It is a bit loud with the traffic but you get used to that after a while.
