Our office is located in the Kulin Building, which is right next to the Vishnu Nagar Post Office in Dombivali West. It’s a very convenient spot because everyone knows where the post office is. We have been at number 105 for a good stretch of time now, handling logistics for the Thane district and beyond. The office is pretty basic, with just enough room for our desks and all the ledgers we keep. We do a lot of the traditional paperwork that goes along with moving goods. Being in Dombivali West means we are part of a tight-knit community where people still recognize each other on the street. It’s not like those big business districts in Mumbai where nobody knows their neighbor. We deal with various transporters and clients every day, and it can get quite loud when everyone is talking at once. The post office next door is always busy, so there is a constant stream of people passing by our window. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people plainly and try to get their items moved from point A to point B. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just find a way to work around it. It’s an honest way to earn a living, and we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ins and outs of the local roads. We hope to stay here for a long time.
