Bestellar Realty Llp is based on the first floor of the Karim Building on Abdul Rehman Street in Kalbadevi. Specifically, we are at 20/3, right in the Sutar Chawl area. It is a very busy and crowded part of the city, but that is just how Kalbadevi is. We deal with real estate matters for people around here. It is not an easy job because this area is so old and the property records can be a bit of a mess sometimes. We aren't a large firm with a big marketing budget. We are just a few people who know the local streets and the buildings quite well. Our office is usually full of maps and old documents. We spend our mornings making calls and our afternoons walking to different locations nearby on Plot 72/74. You have to be okay with the noise and the crowds if you work here. We don't use any fancy language when we talk to our clients. We just tell them what is possible and what isn't. It is very practical work. We see a lot of people coming in and out of the building all day long. Sometimes we just sit and have tea while we wait for a client to show up for a viewing. It is a very local way of doing things. We’ve been at this for a while and we just take things one day at a time, trying to keep our records straight.
