Belazio Construction Private Limited

The office is tucked away in Shop 18/2 on Sainath Road, right near the Life Line Hospital in Malad West. We’ve been here for a while now. Most days it’s just us dealing with blueprints and talking to contractors over the phone. You can hear the traffic outside and the hospital sirens sometimes. It’s a busy spot. We handle different construction jobs around the city. Some days the place is a mess with paperwork and samples of tiles or cement bags sitting in the corner. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where the real work gets planned. People walk in asking about renovations or new builds and we just sit down and talk through what they need. Sometimes the tea guy from down the street comes by and we take a break. It isn't a quiet place because Malad is always moving. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We spend a lot of time visiting sites, so the shop is empty half the time. It’s mostly about getting the materials right and making sure the guys on site know what they are doing. We just try to get the jobs finished without too many headaches. Construction is always messy and loud, but that is just how it goes for us. We keep our files organized as much as we can in the metal cabinets and just keep going day by day.
