You can find Beekay Overseas at Parekh Market on J.S.S. Road. We are up in units 904 and 905. Being in the Opera House area means there’s always something happening outside. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the market building itself is usually humming with people. We’ve been here for a long time, working in the export business. Our space is basically just two rooms filled with filing cabinets and a few desks pushed together. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples lying around, but we make it work. Most of our work involves coordinating with suppliers and making sure the shipping documents are correct. It’s a lot of detail work, and sometimes your eyes get tired from looking at all the numbers. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work properly and keep things moving. The elevators in Parekh Market can be slow during lunch hours, so we often just wait or take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. It’s a practical environment. No one wears suits here unless there’s a really special reason. We just wear our regular clothes and focus on getting the shipments out on time. It's a lot of routine, but it's what we know how to do best. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the daily tasks.
