Bearing World

Our office is on the 3rd Floor of the New Bhagwan Bhuvan building. Specifically, it's Office No.36 at 196/198, Samuel Street. Bearing World is basically what we are. We've got shelves full of different parts and it can get a bit dusty if we don't stay on top of it. Being in Masjid Bunder (W) means it's always hectic outside. There are trucks and people everywhere. Getting up to the third floor is a bit of a climb sometimes, but it gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street. We’ve been here for years. It’s not a big corporate setup. It's just a small team of us. We know our inventory pretty well, though sometimes things get tucked away in a corner and we have to go hunting for them. The building is older, so it has its quirks. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just answer the phones and help whoever walks in or calls. Sometimes we're running behind, but we try to keep things moving. Most people come to us because they know where we are and that we’ve been here a long time. It’s a simple business. We sell bearings, we talk to customers, and we go home. That's about it. No big secret to it, just staying busy on Samuel Street. We’ve been here long enough that we can’t imagine being anywhere else in the city.
