Bang Polypacks

Our business is located in Lower Parel, which is a very busy and crowded part of Mumbai. We are on the third floor of the Keval Industrial Estate on Senapati Bapat Marg. The building is quite old and the elevator can be a bit unreliable, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we would like. Our workspace is filled with large rolls of plastic and various cutting and sealing machines. We specialize in making different types of bags and packaging materials. It stays very busy here, especially when the local shops need to restock their supplies. You can always hear the sound of the trains and the heavy traffic from the street outside. Space is a bit tight, so we have to be careful about how we stack our finished goods to keep things organized. The office part is just a small area we partitioned off with a few desks and a lot of samples hanging on the walls. We usually get our tea from the same vendor who comes by the building every day. It is a fast-paced place to work because things in Mumbai always move quickly. We have been in this estate for a long time and know most of the other folks working in the building. We don't do any big advertising. Most of our customers find us through word of mouth or by seeing our bags elsewhere. We just try to keep the machines running and the orders going out on time.
