BANAJI & ASSOCIATES

We are located in a building called Dilnavaz on Lallubhai Park Road in Andheri West. It’s a nice part of the city, especially with the park right there. We’ve been operating Banaji & Associates from here for a long time. The office has a very lived-in feel to it. It’s not one of those glass-and-steel modern offices; it feels more like a traditional workspace. There are bookshelves filled with old projects and desks that have seen a lot of years of work. We like the atmosphere here because it’s a bit calmer than the main roads of Andheri. Usually, you can hear the birds or the sounds from the park nearby. We spend our days mostly on design work and talking through different plans. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what’s going on with every project. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks or around the big drawing table. Lallubhai Park Road is a good place to be based because it’s accessible but doesn't feel as frantic as the station area. People often come to see us and end up talking about the old days of the neighborhood. We aren't really into big marketing pushes; we just do our work and let that speak for itself. It’s a quiet, steady kind of place where we focus on what we know best and keep the lights on late when needed.
