We are set up on the ground floor at number 41282 on Wheelers Road in Cox Town. It’s right behind Essel Studio, which is how most people find us if they get lost in the Trombay area. The shop is a typical fabrication unit. We have welding machines, grinders, and pieces of metal scattered around the floor. It can get pretty noisy when we are in the middle of a big project, and the sparks are usually flying. The ground floor location is good because we don't have to carry heavy steel beams up any stairs. We just pull the shutters up and start working. The area around us is a bit of a mix, with some studios and other small businesses tucked away. We’ve been doing fabrication for a long time, so the smell of burnt metal is just normal to us. It’s a dusty job, and by the end of the day, we’re usually covered in it. We don't have a fancy office for meetings; we usually just talk to people right there on the shop floor. It’s easier to show them what we are doing that way. The space is functional and gets the job done. We just focus on the welding and the cutting, making sure things are built solid. It’s a simple, hardworking environment with no frills. I’ve been here since the start and haven't seen much change in how things are done day to day.
