Our office is situated over at the Samruddhi Commercial Complex, taking up units 401 through 406. It is located on Chincholi Bunder Road Extension in Malad West. It is a very busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We ended up taking several units because we needed the extra space for all the documents and blueprints we have to store. In our line of work, the paperwork really starts to pile up after a while. Most of the people on our team have lived in Malad for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick lunch. The office is usually quite full in the mornings, but then people head out to different sites or meetings. It can get a bit quiet in the afternoons. We have a small pantry where we keep the coffee machine, and it gets a lot of use. The building is fairly modern, though the parking area is always a bit of a mess. We don't have a big reception desk or a dedicated person to answer every call, so we all just pitch in and help out. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team trying to do things right and stay busy. It is a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far.
