Bajaj Organics Pvt. Ltd. is based at 120, Neha Industrial Estate. We’re just off Duttapada Road in Borivali East. The industrial estate is a busy place, especially in the afternoons when everyone is trying to get their last-minute tasks done. Our space is fairly simple. We have the equipment we need and a bit of office space for the paperwork. It smells like work in here, if you know what I mean. We deal with a lot of different materials, so we have to be pretty organized, even if the place looks a bit cluttered sometimes to an outsider. Borivali East is a good spot for us, and being off Duttapada Road makes it easy for the trucks to find us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it's just a few of us making sure the production stays on schedule. We have our routine: tea in the morning, then checking the machines, then seeing what needs to be shipped out. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine acts up, and we just have to fix it and keep going. We don’t talk much about visions or anything like that. We just want to make sure the stuff we make is decent and that we get it done on time. That’s Bajaj Organics for you. We’re just a small part of this industrial area, doing our bit.
