We’re located in shop number 84 at the shopping complex in Sindhi Colony, right along Jalna Road. It’s a busy area and the shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of hardware stuff. We’ve got nails, screws, tools, and pipes jammed into every corner. If you’re looking for something specific, you might have to wait a minute while we find it under a pile of other things. We’ve been here for years, and the shelves are a bit bowed from the weight. It’s a local shop where people come when their sink is leaking or they’re building something in their yard. We don't have those fancy computer systems to track everything; we mostly just know where it is. The floor is concrete and a bit scuffed up. People from the colony pop in all day. Sometimes we just stand outside and chat when it’s slow. It’s a dusty place, as hardware shops usually are. We get deliveries every few days, which makes the shop even more crowded until we put it all away. We aren't trying to be a big store. We just provide what the neighbors need for their repairs. It's a simple life behind the counter. You hear the traffic from Jalna Road all day long, but you get used to it after a while. We stay open pretty late to catch the people coming home from work in the evenings.
