Bajaj Enterprises

Bajaj Enterprises is situated in the Kanji Gokuldas Building, which is a classic old structure in the Lohar Chawl area. We are on the second floor at number 158. Finding the place can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't used to the narrow lanes around here. The stairs are made of stone and have been worn down by thousands of footsteps over the years. Once you get to the second floor, the air feels a bit cooler away from the crowded street level. Our office has high ceilings and large wooden doors that give it an old-fashioned feel. We have desks cluttered with catalogs, order forms, and pens that always seem to run out of ink when you need them. The walls are mostly bare, except for a couple of old calendars and a small shelf for a few personal items. Lohar Chawl is a place that never really sleeps during the day, with carts being pushed around and people shouting prices. We hear all of that through the open windows, along with the smell of the market. We don't have much in the way of modern furniture; most of our chairs and tables have been here since the business started. It’s a practical, no-nonsense space where we handle our daily trade. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by for business.
