Our setup is out in Rabale, specifically in the TTC MIDC area. We have units R-216 and R-217. It is a massive industrial stretch, and sometimes it feels like a maze of pipes and warehouses. We spend our days dealing with heavy machinery and parts. It is a gritty kind of work, but we like it. The floors are concrete and there is always a bit of dust, no matter how much we sweep. We have a small office section for the invoices and the phone calls, but most of the action happens in the back. It’s not the kind of place you’d wear a suit to. We usually have grease on our hands by ten in the morning. The guys here know their stuff when it comes to machines. We don't spend a lot of money on decorations or fancy furniture. We’d rather spend it on better tools or keeping the power running steady. At lunch, we sit around and talk about regular things like cricket or the commute. Bainite Machines isn't about being fancy. It is about making sure the equipment is solid and the work gets finished. It gets pretty loud when the neighboring units are running their heavy gear, but that’s just life in MIDC. We’ve been here a good while and plan on staying. It’s a tough environment but it suits us just fine.
