Our office is right there in the Panchsheel building on Yari Road. Versova is a busy place, and being in Andheri West means there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle a lot of clearing and carrying work, which basically means we deal with a mountain of paperwork every day. It is not the kind of job where you wear a suit and tie; it is more about getting things through customs and moving goods. There are always people coming in with documents and drivers checking on their schedules. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The building is a bit older, and the office is filled with files from years of doing this. It is a bit of a scramble sometimes to keep up with the port schedules and all the rules, but we have a rhythm to it. We do not really do the whole sales pitch thing because the work speaks for itself when the cargo moves on time. You can hear the sounds of the city all day long from here. We just sit at our desks, drink our cutting chai, and make sure the shipments are moving like they are supposed to. It is a very practical, hands-on kind of business and we like it that way. No need for anything more complicated than the basics.
