Ba Realty Private Limited is tucked away in Dadar West, which is a place we have known all our lives. We are up on the sixth floor of Deware House, which sits on Plot 326 along Bhawani Shankar Road. It’s a solid old building and our office is in unit A-601. Dadar is such a central part of Mumbai that there is always a lot of movement around us. From our windows, you can see the rooftops of the neighborhood and hear the trains in the distance sometimes. We mostly just focus on the local property market here. It’s a small operation with just a handful of staff members who show up every day to handle the paperwork and meet with people. We don't use any big marketing tricks, we just know the streets around Dadar really well. Sometimes we have tea on the balcony when it’s not too hot out. The office itself is pretty basic with just the essentials like files, desks, and a map of the area on the wall. It’s a busy life in this part of the city but we enjoy the routine of it. Dealing with realty in Mumbai takes a lot of patience and we have plenty of that. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking over to check on different sites nearby.
