We are B Shah And Sons, and we operate right out of the heart of Mumbai, Maharatra. Being in a city this big, things are always moving fast. Our place isn't anything special to look at, just a typical workspace filled with the sounds of the street outside. We've been doing this for a long time, passed down through the family. It’s not a corporate office with bright lights; it’s more of a traditional setup where we know our customers by name. The traffic in Mumbai can be a nightmare, so we spend a lot of our time on the phone or dealing with people who manage to navigate the crowds to get to us. We handle the daily tasks as they come. Some days there's a lot of shouting and rushing around to meet deadlines, and other days we sit and have our chai while looking over the accounts. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing. People find us because we've been around and we do what we say we will. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the records and materials, but we know where everything is.
