B. Harish & Co.

B. Harish & Co. has been operating out of Anna Bhavan for a long time now. Our office is at 402, right on Devji Rattansey Marg. If you know Masjid East, you know it’s a crowded place where things are always moving and the streets are narrow. Sometimes it feels like the noise from the traffic never stops, but we’re used to it by now. We spend most of our mornings sorting through papers and taking calls from people we’ve known for years. There isn't much to say about the office itself, it's just a regular workspace with desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. The lift in this building can be a bit slow in the afternoons, so we often just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. Being here in the heart of the trade area means we see a lot of the same faces every single day. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. It gets dusty around here with all the trucks going by, but that’s just how this part of town is. We’ve had the same neighbors for years and everyone just kind of knows everyone else’s business. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the entrance, though it's a bit faded from the rain last year. We're just a small group of people working together in a corner of Mumbai that never really sleeps.
