Our place is tucked away on Raj Rajeshwari Road, right across from the Naval Stores gate in Ghatkopar. If you know the area near LBS Marg, we aren't hard to find, though traffic can be a bit much at times. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s always something going on nearby. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a good number of years. It’s not a huge facility, but we’ve managed to fit all the machinery we need inside. The floors are usually covered in some dust or oil, which is just part of the job when you’re making things. We have a small crew of workers who show up every morning and get straight to it. Most of what we do involves manufacturing parts for other businesses. It’s steady work, and we don't spend much time worrying about being flashy. We just focus on the machines and making sure the parts are coming out okay. Sometimes things break down or an order takes longer than we thought, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a bit noisy when everything is running at once, and it can get stuffy inside during the monsoon. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our shop stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and keep the production going. It's a simple operation, really, run by people who just want to do a decent day's work.
