Ayush Therapy Centre

We are located over at Plot No 190/A in Sector 12. If you know where the Mega Mart is in Vashi, we are right across from it. Being in Navi Mumbai means there’s always people coming and going. The centre isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We offer different therapies. It’s a place where people come when they aren't feeling their best or just need some kind of treatment. We try to keep things calm inside, even though the street outside can get a bit noisy with the traffic. Vashi is a busy area. Most days we are just busy managing appointments and talking to people who walk in. It's a simple setup. We have a few rooms for the sessions. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. People usually find us because they live nearby or they're shopping at the mart across the street. We don't do much advertising. It’s mostly just being there for the locals. Sometimes we have a lot of people waiting, and other times it's quiet. That's just how it goes. The staff here knows the regulars by name. We aren't a big hospital or anything. Just a local therapy centre trying to help out. It's practical work. We open early and stay until the evening. If you're in Sector 12, you'll see our sign out front and you can just walk in.
