You can find our office on the second floor of Anna Bhuvan, which is at Plot 87C on Devji Ratansi Marg. This is right in the heart of Dana Bunder and Chinchbunder, a part of Mumbai that is always moving and shaking. It’s a gritty area with a lot of history and plenty of trucks carrying goods back and forth from the docks. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a practical space where we sit and handle real estate matters. You have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to us. Inside, there are desks covered in maps and property documents. The noise from Devji Ratansi Marg usually drifts up through the windows, so it’s never really quiet here. We spend our days answering the phone and talking to folks who are interested in buying or selling land in this part of the city. We’ve been set up in Anna Bhuvan for a while and we’re quite comfortable with the local chaos. We don’t have a big reception area or a staff of dozens. It’s just a few of us doing the work that needs to be done. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they are. People come to us because they know we’re right here in the neighborhood. It’s a simple way of doing business in a very busy, hardworking corner of Mumbai.
