Avinash Auto Garage

The garage is right on the Western Express Highway, which stays pretty busy most of the day. We are tucked inside the Virwani Industrial Estate in Goregaon East. It's a loud area but we've been here for quite some time now. Mostly, people just stop by because they saw the sign while driving or they work in one of the offices nearby. It's basically just a few of us here getting our hands dirty with whatever cars come through the door. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear ourselves talk, but that is just how life is on the highway. We have some regular guys who have been coming to us for years and they know exactly where to find us in the estate. We don't really have a big office or anything fancy like that, just the tools and the space to work. It gets hot under the roof in the summer, but we keep going. If you are coming from the main road, you have to look for the industrial gate. It's not hard to spot if you know the area. We just try to get the jobs done and go home at the end of the shift. Nothing more to it really. We see all kinds of vehicles, some old and some newer ones, and we just deal with them one by one. It’s a bit dusty because of all the construction around Goregaon, but we’re used to it.
