A.V.I. International

Our office is located over on Picket Road, specifically at 31 Lawyers Chambers on the second floor. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes in these older buildings. The area is always full of people because of the courts and all the legal offices nearby. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. It’s not the biggest space, but it fits our desks and the few of us who work here. A.V.I. International is just a small operation really. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking shipments. Being on Picket Road means there is always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a big reception area or fancy furniture. It’s mostly just files, some old computers, and a kettle for tea. We like it this way because it’s simple and we know where everything is. People stop by when they need something handled, and we do our best to get it sorted without making a big fuss. Working on the second floor of a lawyers’ building makes things feel a bit serious, but we’re just normal folks. We don’t try to be something we aren’t. It’s just a place to come to work, get the day’s tasks done, and then head home to our families once the evening rolls around.
