We’re located in Building No 6 of the Jogani Industrial Complex. It’s unit 12. We are near ATI in Chunabhatti, right off VN Purav marg. AVF Distributors (I) Pvt. Ltd is what we go by. The complex is always buzzing with activity. You hear trucks backing up and people shouting to be heard over the noise. Our part of the building is usually stacked high with products. Distribution is a fast game, so things are always coming in and going out. It’s hard to keep the floor clean for long when there’s so much movement. We have a small office area tucked away in the corner where we handle the billing and the phone calls. It gets pretty warm in there during the afternoon. We don’t really do fancy lunches; usually, it’s just something quick brought from home or grabbed from a nearby stall. Working in Chunabhatti means you get used to the industrial vibe. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek showroom. Our customers know us for what we have in stock. We spend our days checking manifests and making sure the loaders know which truck is which. It’s simple, honest work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up using the stairs quite a bit. It keeps us on our toes, I suppose. We’re just a standard distribution outfit doing our best.
