Autolite India Ltd.

We are based out of Plot No.201 in Rizvi Palace on Hill Road. Bandra West is a busy part of the city, and our spot is right in the middle of all that noise. It’s an older building, but it has plenty of character. You can hear the traffic from the street all day long through the windows. Autolite India Ltd. has been operating from this office for quite some time now. It’s not a huge space, just enough for us to manage our daily business. We have a lot of files and old photos on the walls. It feels like a second home to most of us who work here. The elevator in the building is a bit slow and cranky, so we usually just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. There are plenty of cafes nearby, so the smell of food often drifts in during the lunch hour. We mostly deal with the back-end stuff here, like paperwork and making phone calls. It’s not a retail shop where people walk in off the street very much. We have a small staff and we’ve all worked together for a lot of years. We know each other’s families and quirks. It makes the day go by a lot faster. Sometimes we have meetings that go on way too long, but that’s just part of the job. We try to stay organized, but the desks are usually covered in notes. It's just how we work.
