Aura Incense Private Limited

We are tucked away in the Bhanushali Building on Mint Road, right in the Fort area. If you happen to walk by, you can usually smell the incense before you even see our door. It’s a constant mix of sandalwood, jasmine, and whatever else we happen to be packing or checking that day. The office is small, unit number 4, and it’s mostly filled with boxes and bundles of sticks. We spend a lot of time sorting through the different scents and getting them ready to go out to the shops. It's a bit of a dusty job, to be honest. There’s always a fine layer of incense powder on the desks and the floor. We've been in the Fort area for quite some time now. The building is old, with those high ceilings and heavy doors that have been there forever. Most of our day is spent talking to the suppliers or checking the quality of the batches coming in from the production side. If the scent isn't right or a batch is off, we have to send it back, which is always a hassle. People in the building are used to the smell by now, though some visitors find it a bit strong at first. We don't have a big fancy showroom; it’s mostly just a workspace where we manage the orders. It gets really busy around festival times, and we end up staying late to make sure everything gets delivered.
