Atul Shashikant Prabhu

I’m Atul Shashikant Prabhu, and I work out of 12 A in the Ameya Apartment in Dadar West. My office is located on Kashina, which is a place I've known my whole life. I decided to set up my own thing here because I like being close to the heart of the city. Dadar is always moving, and being in Ameya Apartment puts me right in the middle of it. The office itself is pretty simple. I have my desk, a few chairs for visitors, and shelves full of folders. It’s not the most modern place, but it works for what I do. I usually start my day early before the traffic gets too bad. Most of my work involves a lot of reading and writing, so I need those quiet hours in the morning. People who know me know that I prefer a phone call or a visit over a long email thread. I try to be practical about things. If a problem comes up, I just look for a way to fix it without making a big deal out of it. Dealing with people in Dadar West has taught me a lot about how to run things fairly. I don't have any big slogans or goals other than doing what I'm supposed to do for whoever walks through my door at 12 A. It’s just me here most days, so things stay pretty quiet.
