We’re located at number 12 in the Geeta Industrial Estate on Ib Patel Road. This is Goregaon East, so it’s a lot of factories and warehouses all clustered together in this one area. Our unit is basically where all the production happens. We’ve got the machinery set up for pharmaceutical manufacturing, and it takes up most of the floor space. It’s a bit of a maze with all the pipes, tanks, and wires running along the ceiling. We have to keep everything very clean, which is a constant job that never really ends. The air inside always smells a bit like chemicals or sanitizers, but you stop noticing it after working here for ten minutes. We have a small crew that runs the machines and another couple of people in the office handling the orders and the billing. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't go in for anything fancy or decorative. The road outside is often dusty because of all the heavy trucks moving in and out of the estate at all hours. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. Some days everything runs smooth, and other days a machine breaks down and we spend the whole afternoon with a wrench fixing it. That’s just part of the routine for us. We don’t make a big deal out of things, we just get the work done and head home when the shift is over.
