My office is over in Bandra East in the Sudarshan Colony. The address is 2256/46 on Wakad Road, which is part of Gandhi Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of Bandra. I’ve been working out of this space for quite a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at. It has a desk, some chairs, and a lot of cabinets filled with old records. I’m not really into modern decorations. I just need a place to sit and get my work done. Gandhi Nagar is a place where everyone seems to know everyone else. I see the same people every morning when I walk in. My work day usually starts with a cup of tea and checking my messages. I don't use a lot of high-tech gadgets. A simple phone and my notebooks are usually enough for me. Sometimes I have to head out to meet people or look at sites, so the office might be closed for a few hours here and there. I don't have a big staff, just someone who helps me keep the place clean and runs some errands. I value my privacy and my quiet time, though quiet is hard to find in Bandra. I try to be straightforward with anyone who comes to see me. I don't like to overcomplicate things. If I can help, I will say so. If not, I tell them that too. It is a simple life and I don't need much.
