We are based in Mumbai, and we handle transport services for a variety of needs. Our office is a simple setup, nothing like those tall towers you see in the financial district. It’s a place where we keep our logbooks and where the drivers come in to get their instructions. Mumbai is a city that never stops, and neither does the transport business. Because of that, we’re constantly dealing with the heat, the monsoon rains, and the endless traffic jams that make scheduling a real challenge. You won't find any polished marketing materials or a big team of sales people here. Most of our clients come to us through word of mouth. We try to be as reliable as we can, though we’re the first to admit that things don't always go according to plan on the road. Fixing issues as they pop up is just part of the job. The office atmosphere is very casual most of the time. We talk about normal things like the price of vegetables or the latest movies while we wait for the next load to be ready. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the trucks stay full and the goods reach their destination safely. It’s a lot of hard work and late nights, but it’s what we know. There’s always a pot of tea being shared among the staff. We’re just a small group of people trying to keep things moving in this big, busy city every single day.
