Ashish & Company

Ashish & Company is located at 375, Narsi Natha Street, right in the heart of Katha Bazar. The air around here always smells like a mix of spices and old burlap bags because of all the trading going on. Our building is one of those sturdy old structures with thick walls, which helps keep it a little cooler inside during the afternoons. We have a lot of foot traffic coming past the door, mostly laborers and traders moving goods back and forth. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers everywhere and half-finished cups of tea sitting on the desks. We don't really have a cleaning crew, so we just sweep up ourselves when the dust gets too thick. It is a practical place. We don't have fancy chairs or air conditioning that works perfectly, but we have enough space to do our work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop in to check on their orders. We've known the other shop owners on Narsi Natha Street for years, so there is always someone popping in to borrow a stapler or share some news. We aren't interested in becoming a huge corporation; we just want to keep the business running smoothly and make sure we can pay our bills at the end of the month. It’s honest work and we have been doing it this way for a long time now.
