Ashe Controls Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Jogani Industrial Complex. We are in units 6/317-319. Being in Chunabhatti East means dealing with the Mumbai humidity and the constant hum of the V N Purav Marg. This complex is huge and it’s easy to get lost if you don't know the unit numbers. Our space is filled with control units and various components we work on daily. It’s a bit cramped because we have a lot of stock piled up, but we make it work. The elevators in the building are old and sometimes they have a mind of their own. We usually just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. There’s a lot of shouting and moving of crates in the hallways outside. It’s a typical industrial vibe. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people find us because they need something specific in the controls line. The windows look out over the roofs of other units. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us all by name. Lunch usually happens at the desks or at the small stall downstairs. It’s not a glamorous job, but the work is steady. We just try to keep the quality decent and get the orders out to the clients without too many delays. It’s a hardworking environment where we focus on getting the actual physical labor done right.
