Our office is over on Bellassis Road, right near Hotel Sahil. We are in Zia Apartment, specifically unit 15 on the 264 stretch. It's a busy part of Mumbai Central, so there is always noise from the street outside. We've been doing travel work here for a while. Mostly it’s just handling bookings and helping people figure out their routes. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we get through it. It isn't a big flashy office with glass walls. Just a normal room where we keep our files and take calls. If you are looking for us, look for the apartment building near the hotel, it's pretty easy to spot. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking for flights or sorting out visas for people going abroad. It can be a bit stressful when systems go down, but that's part of the job. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or those who have been coming to us for years. We know how things work around here. The tea stall nearby is where we usually get our afternoon break. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything is in order. We don't do big advertisements or anything. People just find us or hear about us from someone else. It stays busy enough to keep us on our toes throughout the week. We just focus on getting the travel details right so people can get where they need to go without a fuss.
