Ascent H R Solutions is on the ground floor of Saras Apartment, which is right on Mahim Main Road. Being beside the Mahim Bus Deport means it is never really quiet around here. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long, and there is always a crowd of people outside the gate. We have a few desks set up in the front room where we talk to people who are looking for work. The files are stacked up in the corner, and the fans are always running to keep the humidity away. It is a simple place, nothing too impressive to look at, but it works for what we do. We spend our mornings going through resumes and our afternoons talking to people who walk in. Since we are on the ground floor, it is easy for people to just stop by. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the main road, so we are always cleaning the glass. The staff has been here for a good amount of time, and we know the local chai wallah by name. We don't really have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to help people find their next job. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when we have a lot of people waiting. We just take things as they come and try to keep everything organized in our own way.
