Asahi India Glass Ltd.

This branch of Asahi India Glass Ltd is right in Mumbai, over in Goregaon West. We are in the Sarvodaya CHS building, specifically the A Wing of building number 8 in Shastri Nagar. If you know Mumbai, you know how tight space can be. We have to be really careful about how we move things in and out because the streets are always packed. We mostly handle the administrative side and some smaller glass logistics from this spot. It’s a busy area, and there is always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week. We have a small team here. We spend our days on the phone or checking through orders that come in from across the city. Being in a residential-commercial mix like Shastri Nagar means we have to be mindful of the neighbors when we are moving crates. It’s not like a big factory out in the middle of nowhere. It’s more of a hub for this part of the city. We don't really have a showroom or anything fancy. It’s just an office where we make sure the glass gets to where it needs to go. Some days are a bit chaotic with the traffic and the rain, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We just keep our heads down and do the work every single day.
