Asahi India Glass Ltd.

Asahi India Glass Ltd. has its office at C-203/B in the Fortune 2000 building, right in the middle of the Bandra-Kurla Complex in Bandra East. BKC is a very busy place, full of people in suits and big office buildings. Our spot in Fortune 2000 is where a lot of the planning and paperwork happens. Even though it is a professional area, the office feels a bit more down-to-earth once you get inside. We deal with glass for cars and buildings, so there are always blueprints or technical specs lying around on someone’s desk. The elevators in this building can be slow during lunch hour, so you have to plan ahead if you're meeting someone. Most of us take the local train and then a rickshaw or a bus to get here. It is a long commute for some, but the office atmosphere is decent. Days are spent coordinating with the factories and making sure the logistics are moving as they should. We aren't really into the flashy marketing stuff; we just try to be accurate with our numbers and orders. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a big project is due, but we usually figure it out. It is just a regular office where people work hard and try to get things right. We’ve been in this Bandra East location for a while now and it feels like home to us.
