You can find us at 2, Nene Building on 12th Sadashiv Lane. We are part of the Mehta Kunj CHS, right off VP Road. This area is pretty packed with old buildings and small shops. Arvind Pipes And Fittings Industries Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this little corner for a long time. The office is packed with samples of pipes and different types of fittings. It’s not a big corporate space; it’s more like a traditional workshop and office combined. The walls are lined with old shelves that hold all sorts of metal bits. We spend most of our day talking to regular customers and writing out invoices by hand. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic from VP Road constantly in the background. Sometimes the lane gets so crowded that even a bike can't get through easily. We’ve grown used to the tight space and the constant bustle. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you walk in, you’ll likely see us sorting through stock or on the phone with a supplier. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound more important than it is. The building has a lot of character, even if it’s a bit worn down in places. We just focus on getting the right parts to the people who need them. It’s a steady life here in the lane, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Dealing with plumbing parts isn't glamorous, but it keeps us going every day.
