Arvind Nandapukar & Associates

Arvind Nandapukar & Associates is located over in Goregaon West. We are in Unnat Nagar No 3, specifically at 4/32 on M G Road. It’s a typical Mumbai neighborhood, always a bit of activity outside. The office itself is small and practical. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us. We deal with a lot of local projects and people from around the suburb. Our desks are usually piled high with files and blueprints because there’s always something being worked on. We don’t have any big flashy signs outside. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs every morning. The commute can be a bit much sometimes with the traffic on M G Road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We spend our hours talking to clients, making phone calls to vendors, and trying to stay on top of the schedule. It isn't always perfect, and things get messy when deadlines approach, but we manage to get through it. People come in with their ideas, and we sit down with a cup of tea to see what can be done. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We prefer it this way rather than being in some sterile corporate building. It feels more real and connected to the street level. We just keep our heads down and focus on the drawing board and the work at hand.
