Art League India Rishi Kapil

Our place is in the Atlantis building on JP Road, right in the Seven Bunglows area of Andheri West. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of creative energy around. Art League India Rishi Kapil operates out of room 403. It’s a bit of a different setup compared to a standard office. We have more open space and a lot of light coming in, which is important for looking at art and designs. The walls aren't bare; we usually have something hanging up, whether it’s a finished piece or just something we’re thinking about. It can get a little messy with supplies and papers, but we find things eventually. We spend a lot of time discussing projects and sometimes those meetings go on much longer than planned. There’s a nice breeze from the sea if we open the windows at the right time. We’ve got a couple of old couches that are really comfortable for long phone calls. It’s a relaxed atmosphere here. We don't go for the corporate look because it just doesn't fit who we are. People stop by, we have some tea, and we talk about what needs to be done. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. Being in Seven Bunglows means we are close to the beach too, which is great for a quick walk when the brain feels a bit stuck.
