We are based out of Pune, specifically in the Wadgaonsheri area. Our office is located at SR No 42/2 in Samata Society, which is tucked away in Ganeshnagar. It’s more of a residential-style setting than a big business park, which we actually prefer because it’s a lot quieter. Arshridh Private Limited is basically a small team of us working together to keep things moving. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or high-end lobby furniture. It is just a few rooms with computers and a lot of notes stuck to the walls. The neighborhood is pretty friendly, and most of the people around here are families or small shop owners. We usually start our day early before the Pune heat really kicks in. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but that keeps the noise down. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the projects we have on our desks. Sometimes we work late into the evening, especially when deadlines are tight, but mostly we stick to a regular schedule. It's a practical way to run a business. We like the fact that we can just step outside and grab a quick snack from the local stalls. It’s an honest way of working, and we’ve been at this location long enough that it feels like the right fit for what we do.
