Arpan Brush Co. Pvt. Ltd.

We’ve been running Arpan Brush Co. Pvt. Ltd. out of our unit in the Shivshakti Industrial Premises for quite a while now. If you know the Andheri-Kurla Road area, you’ve probably passed by us near the Mittal Estate. It’s a crowded part of Marol, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with different kinds of brushes. It isn't a fancy setup. The floor is usually covered in materials and the machines make a fair bit of noise throughout the day. People come and go from the society constantly. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the brushes are made the way they should be. Sometimes things get a bit hectic around here, especially when a big shipment needs to go out, but that is just how the industrial side of Andheri East works. We’ve stayed in this same spot, unit 208/219, because it’s where we know everyone and the logistics aren't too bad for our suppliers. It’s a straightforward business. We don't spend much time on decorations or office comforts. Most of our day is spent handling the manufacturing side of things. If you walk into the Shivshakti building, you'll see a lot of small shops and factories like ours. We are just one of those places where people put in their hours and go home. We make sure the staff knows what they're doing and we keep the machines running. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us here in Mumbai.
