Arnolds Fitness Center

You can find us at Marvel CHS in Sector 50, Seawoods. We have a few shops, from 3 to 7, that we’ve turned into the fitness center. It’s quite close to the Seawoods station, so we get a lot of people stopping by on their way home from work. Navi Mumbai has a lot of gyms, but we try to keep ours practical and easy to use. We have plenty of space because of the multiple shop units, so you aren't constantly bumping into other people while lifting. We’ve got the usual racks, some cable crossovers, and a row of cardio machines facing the front windows. The neighborhood is still developing in some parts, but this sector is pretty established now. We don't spend a lot of money on fancy decorations or special lighting. The focus is just on the gear and the workout. Our regulars are a good mix of college students and older folks from the nearby plots. It’s a friendly vibe, and nobody really bothers anyone else. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy when they're on high, but they keep the place cool enough. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice to let some fresh air in from outside. It’s just a normal neighborhood gym where you can do your squats and presses without any drama. If you’re around Seawoods and need a place that’s easy to reach and has enough plates, we’re right here. No long contracts or fuss.
