ARN Construction & Interior Designer

Our shop is number 35 in the Pioneer Heritage 2 building, located on Daulat Nagar Road in Santacruz West, Mumbai. We are right opposite the Pakiza Hotel. It’s a busy part of town and there is always something happening on the street outside. We handle construction and interior design work. This means our shop is often filled with samples of laminate, wood, and different types of handles. We spend a lot of time drawing out plans and then going to sites to see them being built. Dealing with contractors and laborers is a big part of what we do every day. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking measurements. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a drawing or to meet a client who can only come after work. The office is small but functional. We have a couple of chairs for visitors and a big table for laying out designs. The smell of sawdust and adhesive is pretty common around here. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People mostly find us because they live in the neighborhood or they saw some work we did for someone else. We just try to make the best use of the space people have in their homes. It is practical work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We usually grab a quick snack from the vendors nearby when things get hectic.
