Ark Realtech Private Limited

We've been at Room No 8 on the first floor of the Pujari Building for a while now. If you know the Mastan Tank Road area in Nagpada, you know it gets pretty busy around here. We handle property things under the name Ark Realtech Private Limited. It’s just a small office really. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and talking to folks who come by looking for advice on real estate in Mumbai Central. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and plenty of files. We try to keep things straightforward because property dealing can get complicated enough as it is. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we manage. People stop in because they live nearby or have family in the neighborhood. We know the streets around here well since we spend most of our time walking between sites or meeting people at the local spots. It’s a job that keeps us on our feet. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant. We just work here and help out with whatever property needs come across the desk. It’s mostly about knowing the local rules and who to talk to when something needs getting done. Being in this part of Mumbai means you see a lot of changes, but our little office stays pretty much the same. We just keep at it day by day.
