Arham Star is located over in Thakurdwar, which is always moving no matter what time it is. We are on the third floor of the new Jitekar Wadi building, right there on Dr Babasaheb Jaykar Marg. Being in this part of Mumbai means you are never really in a quiet spot, but that is just how it goes here. The building is B 31B, and getting up to the third floor usually involves a bit of a wait if the lift is busy with deliveries or other people heading to their offices. We have a simple setup inside. It’s not some big polished suite; it’s just a place where we sit down, pick up the phones, and handle our business. The walls are a bit plain, and we have folders stacked where they fit. Out the window, you can see the rooftops and the street life below. It’s a very local feel, and we like being part of this neighborhood. Most days are spent tracking things and making sure everything is moving like it should. We don't really do much in terms of fancy stuff. It is a practical space for practical work. Thakurdwar has a lot of history, and working out of 88B Jitekar Wadi makes us feel like a real part of the city's old trade routes. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in, but it’s our spot and it suits us fine.
