Arete Value Creators Private Limited

Our office is at 1202, Palm Grove Chs. Ltd. on C. D. Barfiwala Road. It is right in the Juhu Lane area of Mumbai. Being on the 12th floor means we are pretty high up, which is nice when the breeze kicks in. Arete Value Creators Private Limited isn't a fancy place with marble floors or anything like that. It is just a standard office in a residential-commercial building. We have the usual stuff like computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and a small table for lunch. Mumbai is a loud city, but up here it feels a little bit quieter. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare during the rains, but we all manage to get in eventually. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door opens it. We spend our days looking at spreadsheets and talking to people on the phone. It is a practical space for a practical group of people. We don't do things for show. The work is what matters, and we just try to keep up with everything. There is always a stack of files that needs sorting, and the coffee machine is a bit temperamental. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us in this corner of Mumbai. We usually take turns bringing in snacks to share during the afternoon break. It keeps the mood light when things get busy. We are just a team doing our best in the middle of a big city.
