Arcraft Plasma Equipments is tucked away in the Diamond Industrial Estate over in Dahisar East. We're on Ketki Pada Road, not too far from the Check Naka. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, but it’s a good spot for what we do. Inside, there's a lot of heavy machinery and the smell of cut metal. We focus on plasma equipment and the tools that go with it. It's a bit messy in the workshop, but we know where everything is. The team is just a handful of people who know how to handle these machines. We don't spend money on fancy signs or shiny showrooms. Most of our day is spent testing stuff or fixing parts for customers. Dahisar is a busy part of the city, and the industrial estate stays active all day long. We've been in this unit for a while. Sometimes it gets hot under the roof, but that's part of the job. People come to us because they need specific equipment that works. We don't do much talking; we just get on with the repairs and assembly. It's a straightforward operation here. If you come by, you'll probably hear the machines running before you see the door. We don't have a big marketing budget, so most people find us by word of mouth or because they work in the same industrial estate.
