We are situated right in the heart of Colaba at H-20, Cusrow Baug. It is a nice old area along Shahid Bhagatsingh Road. Working in Mumbai means you get used to the humidity and the constant noise of the street. Our office handles a lot of the international stuff that comes through the city. We have piles of boxes and documents everywhere. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. The building has that old Mumbai charm, which is a bit different from the glass towers you see in other parts of the city. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to the customs folks. It can be a bit of a grind when things get stuck at the port. We aren't fancy people. We just wear our regular clothes and get the work done. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains heavy, but we still find a way to update the system. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask about a package or how to send something abroad. We try to be helpful. Colaba is a busy place with lots of tourists and locals, so there is always something happening outside our door. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of shipping labels. We usually stay open late to catch the different time zones.
