You can find us at Ballard House on Adi Marzban Road. It’s one of those old buildings that has a lot of character, right in the heart of the maritime district. Working in shipping means we spend a lot of time looking at schedules and dealing with the port authorities. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way of doing things down here in Mumbai, but it works for us. The office has high ceilings and that specific smell of old paper and salt air from being so close to the water. We handle maritime logistics, which basically means we worry about ships and cargo so other people don’t have to. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. Customs, manifests, and making sure the agents are doing their bit. Mumbai is a tough city for moving things around, but being in Ballard Estate makes it a bit easier to stay connected to the docks. We don't have a flashy website or a big marketing team. It’s just a group of us who know the shipping business well. Sometimes the rain in Mumbai slows everything down to a crawl, and those days are long. But we’ve been here a while and we know the rhythms of the port. It’s steady work. We just show up, do the filing, talk to the captains, and make sure things get loaded. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know. We deal with the delays and the bureaucracy and just try to get the job done right.
